The first station house in Penn Valley houses crew quarters, the apparatus bay and a meeting/training room. The station is staffed 24/7 by three rotating shifts.
It is also home to the Penn Valley Fire Protection District Administrative Office. The office is staffed four days a week, Monday - Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Messages are picked up during office hours.

Behind the fire station is the Penn Valley Fire Auxiliary Thrift Store and the rodeo grounds. |
