Medic 59 Medic vehicles are operated by firefighters who are also certified paramedics (or EMT) providing advanced life support and transport. They are often accompanied by the fire engine crew, who also offers medical aid, blending fire suppression with emergency medical services (EMS) for comprehensive, faster response.
